General Description :
Miniature Steam Power Plant is our small in size but is one of comprehensive range of Steam Power Products in available market and has been designed to allow teaching establishments to give students an appreciation of steam and its properties, without the larger capital investment normally required.


A small LPG fired boiler supplies steam to a single stage turbine engine which drives, by means of a belt, a small DC generator with switchable resistive loading.


The exhaust steam from the engine is condensed in a water-cooled condenser, the condensate being measured by weighing the collecting beaker provided.

1. Gas fired model steam boiler: with a design pressure of about 2 barg and equivalent evaporation of 6 kgs steam per hour at 100°C at atmospheric pressure

7. Condensate collection by beaker and graduated cylinder.

16. All above equipment is supplied on a fabricated stainless-steel frame with 4 brakable wheels and all components and instrumentation mounted on plaswood at working height.

2. Twice powerful gas stove
3. Full DAQ system to monitored pressure and temperature, export to MS excel. (PC & Laptop is not included)
4. Able to utilize both Gas Boiler and Electric Boiler
